All reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment.
2. Cancellation Policy
Low Season (1 July – 30 September): Free cancellation up to 3 days before check-in. Refund after deduction of applicable charges. Cancellation within 3 days or no-show: No refund.
Moderate Season (1 October – 20 December): Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Refund after deduction of charges. Cancellation within 7 days or no-show: No refund.
Peak Season (21 December – 2 January): No cancellation and no refund applicable.
Regular Season (3 January – 30 June): Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Refund after deduction of charges. Cancellation within 7 days or no-show: No refund.
3. Payment Gateway Charges
Applicable transaction charges are non-refundable and will be deducted.
4. Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
5. Date Modification
One-time date change allowed at least 7 days prior, subject to availability.
6. Safari Policy
Safari bookings are non-refundable as per forest rules.
7. Jurisdiction
Subject to Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan jurisdiction.
